A self-proclaimed organization junkie, Valerie helps us stay on track by managing the details of a transaction from day one.  She is a true partner in the process and provides unparalleled service to us and our clients. Her goal is to get us to closing day as seamlessly as possible!

Valerie is the owner and operator of FacilEstate Transaction Management Service. She has managed hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions, assisting in well over $100M in property sales. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Metropolitan University of Denver.
